When we spoke a couple of weeks ago, you were most helpful in sending Dave Whitmore to my residence to remedy my numerous issues with Spark Modern Fires outdoor fireplace. I found Dave to be most pleasant, professional, and responsive to my concerns. He made the trek from Woodbridge to Toronto, he replaced the faulty receiver, and provided me with a new remote to replace the old one which was working intermittently - all at no cost to me. He had been here a year ago to remedy the situation, but unfortunately my landscaper did not involve me in the meeting, and as a result, it became an ongoing problem for me.    Good customer service is a rare commodity these days, and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your efforts in going above and beyond to make your customers happy.     with Woodbridge. We had just returned an electric fireplace purchased
    through Costco, somewhat similar in size / design to the one we purchased
    through Woodbridge. The quality of workmanship in the Dimplex we purchased
    was evident from the moment we opened it, not only in the wood detail and
    overall set up, but especially in the look and ambiance it now gives to
    the room.  Well worth the little extra.  Not only was the pricing better
    here, what spoke volumes was the caring, quality customer service. I
    highly recommend them - we were very pleased and although it was nearly an
